1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or using InnerData (innerdata.cloud), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

InnerData provides AI-generated astrological analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. The service combines astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris method, Placidus houses) with interpretations produced by large language models (AI). Free tools include the natal chart, basic forecast, karma and past analysis. Pro adds expanded forecasts, health, money/career, style, relationships, deep analysis, relocation/astrocartography and other sections described in the app and on the Pricing page.

3. AI and professional advice

Not professional advice: all content is generated by AI and automated calculations. It is NOT a substitute for professional advice in any field — medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise. Do not make health, financial, legal or life decisions based on it.

Consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, finances or well-being. InnerData is an entertainment and educational product; results are subjective and not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account and use paid features. By using InnerData you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you provide your own accurate birth data (or the data of a person you are authorized to represent).

5. Free tier and Pro subscription

Free tier: natal chart, basic forecast, karma profile and past analysis, available without payment. Free features may be limited or adjusted to protect server load and service quality.

Pro subscription: $29 per month (USD). Payments, billing and subscription management are handled by Whop (whop.com), which acts as the merchant of record and payment processor. The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. To stop future charges, cancel before the renewal date in your Whop account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods; refunds follow our Refund Policy and Whop's Buyer Terms.

Prices may change for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Your responsibilities

• provide accurate birth data for correct calculations;
• keep your account credentials secure;
• not share your account access with other people;
• not scrape, reverse-engineer or otherwise abuse the service;
• not use the service for illegal purposes.

7. No warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of interpretations or any particular outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

8. Intellectual property

All content, texts, prompts, calculation methods and design belong to InnerData / Kiril Kaminskyi or our licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute service content without permission, and you may not use site content to train third-party AI models (ai-train=no).

9. Accounts, suspension and deletion

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside. For any dispute, first contact support — most issues are resolved quickly. Where mandatory law allows, Polish courts have jurisdiction.
