1. Service operator
InnerData (innerdata.cloud) is operated by Kiril Kaminskyi, an individual. Contact: [email protected], Telegram @kim0n.
2. Subject of the agreement
The operator provides access to the InnerData service: AI-generated astrological analysis (natal chart, forecasts and other sections). Free features are available without payment; the paid plan is called InnerData Pro.
3. Payment and merchant of record
Payment for the Pro subscription is processed by Whop (whop.com), which acts as the merchant of record and payment processor for purchases made through its checkout. By paying, you also agree to Whop's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy. The operator does not receive and does not store your card data.
4. Price
The price of InnerData Pro is $29 per month (USD). Applicable transaction taxes, if any, are calculated and collected by Whop in accordance with its terms. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptance and start of service
Acceptance of this offer occurs when you complete the payment on the Whop checkout. Pro access is activated on your InnerData account automatically after the payment is confirmed. If you do not yet have an account, create one with the same email address you used for the payment.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. To stop future charges you must cancel before the renewal date — in your Whop account or by contacting the operator. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Details: see Terms and Refund Policy.
7. AI nature of the service
All reports and interpretations are generated automatically by AI models (currently provided by third-party LLM APIs, including DeepSeek, OpenRouter and Alibaba Qwen) and astronomical calculations. The service is informational and entertainment content, not professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. See Privacy Policy for the AI and data disclosure.
8. Operator liability
The service is provided "as is". The operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of generated content. Consumer rights granted by mandatory law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
